What a fantastic wedding day to kick start the summer - Lizzie & Chris got married at the magnificent Westenhanger Castle near Folkestone, Kent. It was a lovely sunny day, perfect for an outdoor ceremony in the grounds of Westenhanger Castle surrounded by ancient ruins and mature trees. Lizzie looked absolutely stunning in her backless Alfred Angelo gown as she walked down the aisle. It was such an incredibly emotional and fun ceremony with lots of tears and laughter. At the drinks reception, guests were entertained by saxophonist Ian Thompson and magician Spencer Wood. The whole marquee was adorned in pink, pastel flowers by Flower Explosion and Lizzie's mum created the most amazing folded book art for the centerpieces - we loved their whole vintage, rustic decor and their Minions cake by Creative Cakes.After the meal & speeches were over, Ian Thompson was back on the sax, now playing a twist on modern club music, and together with Diablo Disco they kept everyone in high spirits throughout the night. The drinks were flowing and the weather was warm, so naturally everyone was given sparklers for a grand sparkler exit.
